Every API is specified before it is written, and the client SDK is generated from that specification. The documentation cannot fall behind the implementation, because it is the source of it.

ZenOrbit exists because arranging work has quietly become a second job. Every tool that promises to help adds another surface to check. We are trying to build the opposite of that.
What we are building
A platform for calm, deliberate work.
ZenOrbit is a scheduling platform for individuals and teams. Someone opens your page, sees the time you genuinely have, books it, pays for it if that is how you work, and gets a real meeting link and a reminder. On your side, the calendar you already keep is the calendar that updates, and the money that moved is recorded where an accountant can find it.
That is a narrow description on purpose. We are not trying to be the place you spend your day. We are trying to be the thing that stops taking up your day.
What we believe
Fewer features, held to a higher standard.
Every capability we add has to reduce the amount someone has to hold in their head. If it cannot do that, it does not go in — however impressive the demonstration.
We would rather ship one thing that is correct under failure than three things that are correct on a good day. Scheduling and money both fail quietly, and a quiet failure is the expensive kind.
How we build
Commitments, not aspirations.
These are enforced by the engineering process rather than remembered by good intentions.
Security gates are never bypassed
Dependency scanning, container scanning and the full test suite run on every change, and a red gate is fixed rather than skipped. Shipping faster is not a reason we accept.
Secrets stay secret
Credentials live in a managed secret store, are never written to logs in any form, and cannot be read back out through the product — not masked, not truncated, not by an administrator.
AI proposes, people decide
The meeting assistant writes summaries. It does not book, cancel, charge or send on your behalf, and it never will without you asking each time.
Decisions are written down
Significant architectural choices are recorded, with their trade-offs and the alternatives rejected. When we reverse one, the reversal is recorded too.
Honest status over flattering status
A capability that is planned is labelled planned, on this website and in the product. We would rather lose a sale than win one on a misunderstanding.

We are early
ZenOrbit is a young product. The capabilities on this site are real and running, but the company behind them is small and the roadmap is short. If that matters for your decision, it should — and now you know.
We do not sell data
The business model is subscriptions. Customer and attendee data is used to run the service and for nothing else. There is no advertising business hiding behind the product.
Your data is yours
You can export what you have put in, and you can ask us to delete it. Closing an account is not made deliberately difficult.
