Digital Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

ZenOrbit sells access to software. A purchase gives you one or more of the following:

• access to a paid plan on the ZenOrbit platform for the subscription period;
• the feature entitlements and usage allowances published for that plan; and
• where applicable, access to a specific booking, session or webinar you paid for.

2. When it is delivered

Immediately. Access is granted to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment — in practice within seconds, and not more than a few minutes if a confirmation is delayed at the provider. There is no dispatch step and no waiting period.

3. How it is delivered

• Through your account. Delivery is the activation of your plan. Sign in at app.zenorbit.app and the entitlements are already there.
• By email confirmation. A receipt or invoice is sent to the email address on the account, and booking confirmations go to the address used at booking.
• By meeting link. Where the purchase was a booking or webinar registration, the joining details are included in the confirmation and in the calendar entry.

4. What you need to receive it

An internet connection, a current web browser, and a working email address. No installation, hardware or physical media is required.

5. If delivery does not happen

If a payment succeeded and access did not appear, do not pay again. Write to support@zenorbit.app with the payment reference and we will investigate and either grant the access or refund the payment. Check your spam folder for the confirmation first — it is the most common cause.

6. Geography

The Service is available wherever there is internet access and where it is lawful to use it. There are no delivery zones, shipping restrictions or delivery charges, because nothing is shipped.
