Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, when we refund, and how long the money takes to come back.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a ZenOrbit subscription at any time from inside the product, with no notice period, no cancellation fee and no phone call. Cancellation stops the subscription renewing.
Your plan stays active for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, the account moves to the Free plan; your data is not deleted at that moment, and you can export it or resubscribe.
2. Refunds on subscriptions
Because the Service is delivered immediately and in full, refunds work as follows.
- Within 7 days of a first purchase. If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and it is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.
- Accidental or duplicate charges. Refunded in full whenever we can identify them, whether or not you noticed first.
- Renewals. A renewal is charged for a period that has begun. We do not routinely refund part-used periods, but if a renewal took you by surprise and you have not meaningfully used the plan since, write to us — we would rather resolve it than argue.
- Our failure. If a fault on our side prevented you using a plan you paid for, we will refund or credit the affected period.
- Termination for breach. Where we terminate an account for a material breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is due.
3. How to request a refund
Write to support@zenorbit.app from the email address on the account, with the invoice number or the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to decide within five.
4. How a refund is paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that took the payment. We cannot refund to a different card, account or method.
Once we approve and submit a refund, the money typically reaches the original method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing is set by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Any tax charged is refunded proportionately with the amount refunded.
5. Bookings you sell to your own clients
Where you use ZenOrbit to take payment from your own clients, that transaction is between you and your client. You set your own cancellation and refund terms, you are responsible for publishing them to your clients, and you decide whether to refund. ZenOrbit provides the mechanism to issue that refund; we do not adjudicate between you and your client.
If you are a client who booked and paid through a ZenOrbit booking page, contact the person or business you booked with. Their refund policy governs your booking.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is almost always faster. Where a chargeback is raised, we may suspend the account while the payment provider’s dispute process runs, and we will supply that process with the transaction records.
