Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ZenOrbit for use of the platform. Please read it before you subscribe.

Effective 6 September 2026. We will post any change on this page and update this date.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenOrbit platform, the website at zenorbit.app, the application at app.zenorbit.app, and the APIs, SDKs and related services we provide (together, the “Service”). “ZenOrbit”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Service; “you” means the individual or organisation using it.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” includes that organisation.

2. The Service

ZenOrbit provides software for scheduling and managing appointments, meetings and webinars, for connecting third-party calendar and conferencing services, for collecting payments for those appointments, and for managing subscriptions and related records. The Service is delivered entirely electronically over the internet.

We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a capability of the plan you are paying for, we will give you notice before it takes effect and you may cancel under section 8.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must tell us promptly at support@zenorbit.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not share one account between people who each need their own; team plans exist for that.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select — monthly or yearly. Current prices are published on our pricing page. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card and payment instrument details are collected and held by that provider under its own terms and security standards. ZenOrbit does not receive, store or have access to your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until cancelled. We will tell you before a price change affects a renewal. Where a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Payments you collect from your own clients

Where you use the Service to charge your own clients for bookings, packages or webinar registrations, that transaction is between you and your client. You are the merchant of record for it. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you sell, for the accuracy of what you describe, for your own tax obligations, and for handling your clients’ refund requests and disputes.

We provide the mechanism and the records. We are not a party to your transaction and do not guarantee your clients’ payments.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: do not use the Service to break the law, to harm others, to send unsolicited messages, or to attack the Service or anyone else through it.

7. Your content and your clients’ data

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, transmit and display it in order to operate the Service for you.

Where you use the Service to collect information about your own clients or attendees, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for telling them what you collect. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation, suspension and termination

You may cancel a subscription at any time from within the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. You may close your account entirely by writing to support@zenorbit.app.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where required by law, or where continued operation would create a security or legal risk. Except where the breach makes it inappropriate, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem first.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and monitored, and we publish no uptime commitment as a contractual guarantee. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. The Service depends on third-party providers — calendar, conferencing, payment and infrastructure services — and an outage at one of them can affect the Service.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party calendar, conferencing and payment providers at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. Connecting one authorises us to exchange the data needed to provide the integration you asked for; you can disconnect it at any time.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and documentation, remains our property and that of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant the output of automated features, including AI-generated transcripts and summaries, which you should review before relying on them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, from what you sell through the Service, or from your handling of your own clients’ data.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where the change materially affects your rights, notified to the email address on your account before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
